Dr Pedita - Women’s Health GP
Supporting women’s health across the lifespan.
I’m a GP with a focus on mental health, the transitions of adolescence and menopause, late diagnosis ADHD, and preventative health. I believe in evidence-based care, collaborative decision-making, and helping people navigate change with respect, dignity and compassion.
About
I work as a General Practitioner with a particular interest in women’s mental health, ADHD, sleep, and the key transition points of life – from adolescence through perimenopause and menopause. My practice combines long appointments, careful listening, and structured follow-up so that care feels considered and individual.
I enjoy helping patients understand their conditions, make realistic plans, and build practical routines that support both physical and psychological wellbeing.
I currently consult at Juno Specialists in Richmond, working within a fabulous multidisciplinary team.
My books are open to both new and returning patients of the practice.

Telehealth can be arranged for follow up appointments and are conducted via video or by phone as back up. These work best for shorter, follow up appointments. Medicare billing rules may restrict the appointments that can be offered.
New patients are seen face to face, which I prefer, in line with Medicare billing requirements.

Face to face patients are welcome from local, regional areas or interstate. Melbourne is a lovely city to visit!
Patients are generally required to have been seen at the practice or by me within the last 12 months for telehealth billing under Medicare.
If you have a specific query, please contact the practice to see if we may be able to help.
